Jonas Brothers cancel Charlotte show

 July 2 press release:

JONAS BROTHERS ANNOUNCE UPDATED TOUR SCHEDULE

Jonas Brothers released today an all-new world tour schedule that now includes additional shows in both Latin America and Europe.

Due to recent changes in the Jonas Brothers schedule and the addition of several international tour markets on their upcoming Live In Concert world tour, the shows in Raleigh at Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion (Oct. 16) and Charlotte at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre (Oct. 17) have been removed from the current routing.

However the Jonas Brothers remain committed to their fans and will look to return to Raleigh and Charlotte as soon as possible.

Tickets for this show will be refunded at point of purchase.  Tickets purchased online or via phones will be automatically refunded.

Check www.livenation.com and www.teamjonas.com for further information.

  1. I wonder if this had to do with bad ticket sales. I know many artists are having trouble selling tickets due to LiveNation overcharging for tickets.

  12. Seriously you people have no respect for the Jonas Brothers. Take 15 minutes and listen to some of their songs and you'll see what everyone is screaming about.
They are brilliant musicians and rising actors. Their music is what is so inspirational and brilliant.
They are also great role models and the type of guy any girl would want to be with.
I am 20 years old and have been a Jonas Brothers fan for five years. I go to their concerts and there are people there my age and older. There are people there that are younger because they go from Jonas to Cyrus to Bieber in two seconds, but there are true dedicated for life fans like me.
This has been one of the most disappointing things to me because I had purchased my VIP tickets back in March and got fourth row and Back Stage Passes to meet them. And since they aren't going to Charlotte either I have to drive to Virginia because I bought tickets as soon as I found out my show was canceled.
I'm not sure why they canceled 20+ shows (Supposed to be something with their sponsor, Live Nation...) but the fans aren't happy, but the Jonas Brothers will still reign supreme because they are the best thing since the Beatles.

  14. I completely agree with comments made July 2 10:49 pm. The Jonas Brothers are excellent musicians, performers and role models. i took my 7 year old to their show in Vancouver BC last year and was so impressed I got tickets this year for the whole family including my 2 teenage boys. They are both musicians and think the JB's are great. We don't all have the same tastes in fashion, food music, whatever but we should respect each others choices and give credit where due. I see 8 - 10 concerts a year and this one ranks near my favourite. By the way, I'm 51. Peace.

  16. Why are they cancelling American cities to go to foreign countries?? They should stay in America and perform. After all, aren't they Americans???

  22. part of they reason they cancelled so many shows was that nick is in "les miserables" and wanted to extend his run on that. but, i think theyv'e sold less tickets. evry time i try to get tickets for the atlantic city show, there are different tickets available. normaly, you have to keep filling out the form about 5 times to get tickets. and thats at the presale time.
