On the heels of her buzzed-about halftime performance at Sunday's Super Bowl, Madonna has announced a 2012 world tour that begins May 29 in Israel, lands in the U.S. on Aug. 28 (in Philadelphia), and -- wait for it -- comes to Charlotte's Time Warner Cable Arena on Nov. 15.
In addition to her halftime concert, last week also saw the release of Madonna’s new single, "Give Me All Your Luvin," from her new album "MDNA," which is scheduled to be released on March 26. U.S. residents ordering tickets online to a U.S. performance will receive their choice of a digital or physical copy of "MDNA" with every ticket purchased.
For complete tour and ticket information, visit: www.livenation.com or www.madonna.com.
Tickets for the Charlotte concert go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, March 5, at livenation.com, the arena box office, Ticketmaster, or by phone at 800-745-3000.

ReplyDeleteA nice coupe for Charlotte. Her only other stop in the southeast is Atlanta. Though, I'm sure she'll stick a date in Miami or somewhere in FL since there are a few open dates around the stop here and Cleveland.
ReplyDeleteShe looks better at 53 than she did at 23.
ReplyDeleteWhether you like her or not (I'm ambivalent) you gotta give credit where it's due.
ReplyDeleteCome from nowhere, some say slim actual talent, nearly a 30-year career.
Hats off to her.
Quite the showgirl/musician/vocalist ...love her to death ...but if me and my sweetie go to the show -- can't buy groceries for a month
ReplyDeletemeh
ReplyDeleteI saw her in Atlanta in 2008 on the Sticky and Sweet tour. Had the worst seat in the house, behind the stage, last row haha... that cost $75!
ReplyDeletePayst to buy early!
ReplyDeleteSo, how much does it cost to be flipped the bird, anyway?
ReplyDelete.. ... ...... ...... .....
ReplyDelete(mouthing Is she really coming here?)
Yay! I love the Antiques Road Show!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure there are a lot of happy gay men in the Carolinas to hear this.
ReplyDeleteWill she lip sync the Charlotte show the same as she did the halftime show???
ReplyDeleteLOVED that she gave us a few panty shots at the Superbowl. Still hot at 53!
ReplyDeleteGreat. We get dancing beef jerky and her gay gladiators; Greensboro gets Springsteen.
ReplyDeleteIs she gonna bring those two skanky ho`s that performed with her at the SB?
